So this is is our track for all “Balboa dancers” out there.
There is no “intermediate” level.
There is no “intermediate/advanced” level.
And no “advanced” level.
If you really are a Balboa dancer, you want to improve at any time and make your dancing a constant quest to improve and learn.
This track is for you.

Typically we’re going to play with different topics in a 6-week block.

FALL 2023: Rock My Balboa Classes
Tuesday, 19.45 – 20.45:
Block 1: BALSWING SESSIONS – September 26 – October 31, 2023 (6 weeks)
Block 2: TECHNIQUE NERDY SESSIONS – November 7 – December 12, 2023 (6 weeks)
*UNTERRICHTSSPRACHE: DEUTSCH, ENGLISH ON DEMAND*

Here are some basic notes:

  • Group maximum limited to 10 couples
  • Registrations are linked to the registered person. Transfer to a different person only after check-back with Balboa, Baby.
  • Partner switching is typically what we do, but will be decided by the group. Role switching might occur.
  • Registration as lead/follow couples highly preferred to avoid imbalances!
  • We embrace all gender identities.

Note: If you do not have a partner, please send us an e-mail or make a comment in your registration!

Admission:
Each 6-week-block: € 75,-/person
Any additional block of 6 weeks: € 65,-/person

What is required?

You feel comfortable with your Balboa and don’t have to think too much while dancing.
You should be able to at least dance Balboa with different basics (single, double time), feel happy with fast music, have a solid Bal-Swing repertoire (e.g. throw-out, lollies, out&ins) and now you are looking for your Balboa personality and improve your technique.
